This program is designed for people who are brand new to resistance training, who currently do none of this type of exercise.
It is suitable for people who are inactive, or who do light gentle forms of exercise such as walking only. It is likely to be more suitable for people > 50.
It is NOT suitable for people who may be unsafe to exercise without supervision: e.g. have had a falls history, have osteoporosis, have had recent fractures, have a current injury, have any major medical conditions.
