What do you need to get started with our program?

Ideal equipment for our FKB: Strong for Life program

Dumbbells (DBs): At a minimum one pair. if you cant get these, use 2 waterbottles filled with water. You can fill a backpack with waterbottles for some of the heavier leg exercises.

If possible, 3 sets of dumbbells would be great:

  • Lighter pair (2-3kg)

  • Moderate pair (5kg)

  • Heavier pair (8-10kg)

You also need a resistance band, ideally a thick loop like the one pictured.

Finally, you will need access to flooring that is carpeted or a yoga mat that you can use on hard floors.
