Welcome to FKB strong for life, an exercise program designed by physiotherapists with the aim of improving health and longevity, that can be done from the comfort of your own home.
Our program is suitable for people who are complete beginners to strength training, but are generally active otherwise. It is a full body resistance training workout designed to support bone density, strength, balance, and mobility. It is targeted to people between 45-75.
We have designed an online verison of our program that can be followed at home.
